When I first listened to this Christian rock music with these Christian rock lyrics, “It Was You” by 12 Stones, one of the Christian rock bands, I definitely agree that I feel it was Jesus who showed me who I am. I am thankful for my boyfriend back 22 years ago that he led me to the Lord. We were dating for two months then that’s when he was talking to me about Jesus in the Bible. My boyfriend at the time somehow knew I would have Jesus as my personal Saviour. Now that I think of it with these Christian rock lyrics, he probably says it was Jesus that guides my boyfriend and also gave him wisdom of how to witness me to the Lord. Twenty-two years later as I sat and listened to these Christian rock lyrics, I believe Jesus is the One who has plans for all of us. If you had a terrible life and now you are born again Christian, you will probably say it was you, Jesus. Right now with these Christian rock lyrics, we as born again Christians, need to pray for this wicked world and get them to say it was you.
