There are so many genres of music sometimes it is hard decide on just one kind of music to enjoy. Personally I enjoy all kinds of different types of music including Christian rock music. I have a cousin who literally puts her heart and soul into singing passages from the scriptures and she writes all her own Christian rock music to go along with the words. There are many Christian rock bands that do their best to reach all ages of people with a message of hope and love. Because people's taste varies so much there must be different styles of Christian rock music to be able to appeal to everyone. Music is a very powerful medium and all types of Christian rock bands that can get a positive message out to their audiences should be commended for their efforts. As a matter of fact, any band that can uplift and send a positive message about life in general should be included in some kind of category for Christian rock bands. An example is a new rock band out of Las Vegas called Air Raid Anthem that definitely sings about the cons of a drinking and drug using life style but they may not put themselves in the category of Christian rock bands.
